• You actively participate in maintenance, malfunctions, and repairs of the lifts and ensure that the daily schedule is met.

• You lead a team of 3-8 colleagues and distribute the work tasks smartly and efficiently.

• You communicate clearly and professionally about progress, results, and any bottlenecks.
• You are the main point of contact for both technicians and management.

Solid administration:

• You keep hours, material consumption, and production data organized.
• You support planning and inventory management where necessary.
