Service Advisor in Rotterdam

What will you be doing?
For our Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz Vans & Trucks branch in Rotterdam Spaanse Polder, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the team of service advisors. In this role, you are the key link between the customer and the workshop. You are the first point of contact for customers regarding the work performed, planning, invoicing, and damage or warranty claims. As a team, we ensure the customer is happy! Every day we deal with a diversity of customers; from couriers to greenhouse builders and from container transporters to fish suppliers. Every customer has their own wishes, so this role revolves around customer satisfaction and hospitality. Your duties include:

• Receiving customers, determining problems or needs, and coordinating with the customer;

• Scheduling the work for colleagues in the workshop;

• Monitoring progress and keeping the customer informed of the planning;

• Discussing invoices and providing explanations to the customer regarding the performed work;

• Keeping (daily) invoicing, work in progress, and warranty settlement in order within the MB organization and systems.

Who are you?
You have an affinity with automotive technology, trucks, and vans. You love being in contact with the customer. We all work hard, and we do this together and with one another. Delivering good service is in your DNA, just like commitment to your work. You can maintain an overview, even when it suddenly becomes very busy at the desk. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Preferably, you have experience in a service-oriented position within the automotive industry;

• Good communication skills and command of the Dutch language;

• Available full-time.
