As a Service Advisor at Ford Leiderdorp, together with your colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our customers.
You help them with questions regarding their car, maintenance, and quotes, and ensure that every customer feels heard and helped.

You are the connecting link between the customer and the workshop.
You answer emails, process invoices, and support the daily planning of the workshop.
In doing so, you maintain an overview, coordinate tasks with the mechanics, and ensure that customers are kept well informed.

With your customer-oriented attitude, enthusiasm, and solution-oriented mindset, you know how to help every customer in a professional and personal manner.
You switch easily between different tasks and, together with your colleagues, contribute to a smooth flow of daily operations at Ford Leiderdorp.
