Van Mossel is expanding with a new location in Amsterdam-Noord and has ambitious plans for the future. As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to be part of this new location from the start and build a successful branch together with your colleagues.

As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers visiting for maintenance or service for their Volvo. You provide a warm welcome, think along with the customer, and maintain an overview of the workshop planning. With your customer-oriented attitude and organizational skills, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and customers leave with a good feeling.

• Receiving and advising customers;

• Scheduling workshop appointments;

• Coordinating activities in the workshop;

• Creating and processing work orders;

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints;

• Discussing invoices and explaining performed work.

You switch easily between customer contact and administration. Even during busy moments, you remain friendly, maintain an overview, and know how to set the right priorities. You enjoy working in a team and go that extra mile for the customer.
