As Branch Manager, you are the face and the driving force behind our Opel-Leapmotor branch in Breda.

You will focus primarily on commercial and general management, while also being responsible for the management and results within aftersales. You know how to recognize commercial opportunities, take initiative, and ensure that your team gets the best out of themselves every day.

You lead the sales and service team and are visibly present on the shop floor. You motivate, coach, and adjust where necessary. In doing so, you always keep an eye on both the employees and the customer.

• Managing, motivating, and coaching the team, including HR-related responsibilities;

• Being responsible for commercial performance, achieving objectives, and monitoring KPIs;

• Drafting, managing, and monitoring the branch budget and the financial result;

• Actively participating in sales and acting as a working foreman when necessary;

• Monitoring and optimizing processes within sales and aftersales;

• Driving quality, customer satisfaction, and an optimal customer experience;

• Identifying commercial opportunities and actively contributing to the growth of the branch;

• Thinking strategically about the further development of Opel Breda and the brand portfolio.

You are a true entrepreneur with a commercial mindset and know better than anyone how to get people moving. You take responsibility, dare to make decisions, and know how to translate commercial objectives into concrete results.

In addition, you possess:

• At least 3 years of experience within the automotive sector;

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking;

• Experience with leadership and achieving commercial objectives;

• A strong commercial mindset and a good sense of customer orientation;

• Financial insight and experience with managing based on KPIs and results;

• A hands-on mentality and the ability to maintain an overview;

• Good communication skills and the capacity to inspire and motivate a team;

• Full-time availability.
