As a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our business customers: transporters, entrepreneurs, and fleet managers who depend on their trucks and commercial vehicles. You receive customers professionally, ask the right questions, and translate their mobility needs into clear work orders for our workshop.

As a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor, you are the first physical point of contact for our business customers. You listen to the customer, ask targeted questions, advise on maintenance, and monitor the progress of the workshop process. Whether it concerns maintenance on an Actros, a fault on an Atego, an MOT, tachograph, or a warranty claim, you know what is needed and switch quickly with fellow service advisors, mechanics, and the workshop manager.

• Receiving and advising business customers at the desk and over the phone
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring workshop appointments for trucks and commercial vehicles
• Preparing and explaining work orders, cost estimates, and maintenance advice
• Informing customers about progress, additional work, and changes
• Discussing technical complaints with the workshop manager and mechanics
• Monitoring quality, lead time, and customer satisfaction
• Actively thinking along regarding improvements in processes and service delivery.
