As Head of Transport and Site you are responsible for the efficient and effective management of all transport movements, daily planning, and the management of the site at our headquarters in Waalwijk. You directly manage the site team leader, planning, and the drivers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
You work closely with other departments such as our workshops, driver desk, and Remarketing to ensure that vehicles are available on time and in top condition.

• Responsible for all site activities, such as vehicle management, parking capacity, and safety;

• Optimizing processes and systems surrounding logistics and site management;

• Leading and motivating the team;

• Monitoring the quality, efficiency, and costs of transport and site management;

• Liaising with external suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
