Customer Service Employee

• A completed MBO or HBO education in a commercial, technical, or similar field.
• Experience within Customer Service, commercial inside sales, or a similar customer-oriented role.
• Good command of the Dutch, German, and English languages.

Contribute to customer satisfaction within an international technical environment

From our location in Enschede, we are responsible for the sale and distribution of fire protection and fastening materials. As a Customer Service Employee, you play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth order process.

You support customers within the Dutch market, but also work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and customers in Germany. As a result, you combine local customer support with international collaboration and deal with diverse issues within a dynamic technical environment.

Together with your colleagues from Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Field Sales, you form a close-knit sales team that works every day to exceed customer expectations.

As a Customer Service Employee, you are responsible for guiding the entire order process, from inquiry to delivery. You ensure that customers are helped quickly, correctly, and professionally.

Your activities include, among others:

• Answering customer questions via telephone and email.
• Processing, checking, and following up on customer orders.
• Informing customers about delivery times, prices, and product applications.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in the Netherlands and Germany.
• Correctly entering and managing orders in SAP.
• Monitoring the order process and proactively communicating about any deviations.
• Checking delivery and payment terms.
• Providing transport documentation, certificates, and product datasheets.
• Coordinating with colleagues from Sales, Logistics, and other internal departments.
• Actively contributing to high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships.
