The role

As a Truck Service Advisor, our customers will see or speak to you first. You help them with their requests for repair and maintenance and feel happy when they hit the road again satisfied. What you'll do

You have a lot of contact with customers, both face-to-face and by telephone or in writing.
You prepare quotes for repair and maintenance and accept assignments.
You take care of the scheduling of the assignments and monitor the progress.

You are the first point of contact for customers coming to bring their truck in for repair or maintenance, or coming to pick it up again. Your work and the people make every day different. You can switch gears quickly and you love it when everything runs smoothly. When customers are satisfied, your mission is accomplished!
