What will you do?
For Van Mossel Autolease in Tilburg, we are looking for a new colleague for our claims management department. In the role of claims handler, you are the first point of contact for customers who have caused or received damage to their vehicle. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for handling the claims process from A to Z and ensuring that the customer is optimally supported.

• You handle claim cases by telephone or email;

• You perform an initial screening to determine whether the damage can be recovered;

• You coordinate the damage repair procedure with internal and external parties, so that the customer can get back on the road quickly and without damage;

• You offer replacement transport and arrange everything regarding subrogation;

• You maintain contact with repair shops, damage experts, and insurers, both by telephone and by email.

• Assessing and processing damage calculations;

• Arranging replacement transport for the customer;

• Requesting and managing subrogation;

• Maintaining contact with repair shops, damage experts, and insurers;

Who are you?
You have a customer-oriented attitude, can switch gears quickly, and have good administrative and communication skills. Do you have experience as a claims handler or do you already work in the insurance world? Then that is a plus. But even if you are at the beginning of your career or want to make a transition, we offer the opportunity to learn everything! Furthermore, you possess:

• MBO 4 working and thinking level;

• An excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
