Service Advisor in the Netherlands

What will you be doing?
As a service advisor, you will be working at our Volkswagen Audi branch in Weert. In this role, you are indispensable to both the customer and your colleagues. With your administrative skills, you know how to process everything that happens in the workshop. This includes processing invoicing and damage or warranty claims, as well as scheduling and maintaining the workshop planning. Because you know how to communicate with customers, you send them home with a smile and a feeling of satisfaction. But that is not all; you will also be involved in the following tasks:

• Creating work orders;

• Administrative processing of the work performed on the car;

• Scheduling the work for colleagues in the workshop;

• Monitoring the progress of the schedule;

• Discussing invoices and providing explanations to the customer regarding the work performed.

Who are you?
You love being in contact with customers and taking the burden off them. Additionally, you are organizationally strong and can maintain an overview. Together with your colleagues, you want to take the next step to help our customers even better and thus exceed customer expectations. Furthermore, you possess, among other things:

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

• At least 1 year of experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry (plus);
