You are the point of contact for the customer and the link to the workshop.

As a Service Advisor, you are the familiar face for our customers. From the moment a customer arrives with his or her car, you ensure that the entire process runs smoothly. You listen to the customer, discuss what needs to be done, and ensure that the workshop knows exactly what is intended.

Together with your two fellow Service Advisors, you form the point of contact for our workshop. You work closely with our mechanics and simultaneously have a lot of contact with customers. That combination makes your work varied, responsible, and above all, very human.

No two days are the same. One customer comes for regular maintenance, another has a malfunction or a warranty claim. You provide clarity, keep the customer well informed, and ensure that appointments are met.

• You receive customers and act as their fixed point of contact;

• You discuss the wishes and complaints of the customer;

• You inventory maintenance and repair requests;

• You create clear work orders for the workshop;

• You plan and monitor the activities;

• You keep customers informed of the progress and any extra costs;

• You consult with mechanics regarding technical specifics;

• You process warranty and damage claims;

• You discuss the invoice and explain the work performed;

• You actively think along about additional service and suitable solutions.

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level;

• Experience in a service-oriented, commercial, or customer-oriented role;

• You communicate easily and clearly;

• You can organize well and maintain an overview;

• You are service-oriented, but also dare to think commercially;

• You have an interest in cars and technology;

• You are positive, representative, and enjoy working together.

Experience within the automotive industry is a plus, but not a requirement. The right attitude, communication skills, and ambition are just as important to us.
