What we're looking for

We are looking for a technical specialist who is curious about new vehicle technology and loves to keep learning. You find it interesting to discover why something is not working and are only satisfied once you have found the cause.

You have:

A completed MBO level 4 education towards Technical Specialist, Diagnosis Specialist, or similar;
A strong interest in vehicle technology and electronics;
Good technical and analytical insight;
An accurate and independent working style;
Interest in new technologies and models;
A proactive attitude;
The motivation to further develop yourself;
The desire to build the new workshop together with us.

Nice to have

Preferably experience with performing diagnoses;

The role

Do you want to come work at Van Mossel MG and be part of our new location in Groningen from the very beginning?

In Q1 of next year, we will be opening our doors in a brand-new building. Our workshop will be completely newly equipped with new materials, modern equipment, and of course, the latest MG models.

We are in full development and are looking for a Diagnosis Specialist who gets enthusiastic about modern vehicle technology and complex technical challenges.

What you'll do

As a Diagnose Specialist, you are the one in our workshop who likes to dig deep when a fault cannot be solved right away. You analyse the problem, look for the cause and ensure the right solution.

You will, among other things:

Diagnosing complex technical and electronic faults;
Analyzing error messages and faults;
Performing extensive diagnostic work;
Solving technical problems and performing repairs;
Working with modern diagnostic equipment;
Supporting fellow mechanics with technical questions;
Keeping up with technical information and developments regarding MG;
Thinking along about technical processes within our new workshop;
Ensuring work is carried out with quality and professionalism.
