Are you the welcoming face of our location? Do you get energy from receiving and helping people? Are you representative, customer-oriented, and do you love it when everything is well-organized? Then we are looking for you!
For our emergency response (BHV) training location in Rotterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist / Hostess. You are the first point of contact for our trainees, customers, instructors, suppliers, and colleagues. With your friendly appearance and professional attitude, you ensure that everyone feels welcome and knows where they stand.
As a Receptionist / Hostess, you are the visiting card of Inprevo. You ensure that the reception is professionally and hospitably staffed and that the daily operations at the location run smoothly.
Your duties include;
You receive trainees, customers, instructors, suppliers, and colleagues in a welcoming and professional manner;
You answer the phone and connect customers and other relations in a correct manner;
You register trainees and visitors and inform them about the most important safety regulations and facilities;
You ensure that the location and the reception look well-maintained and representative;
You perform preparatory work for the next day's training sessions;
You support light administrative tasks and manage, among other things, office supplies and training materials;
You are the point of contact for, for example, catering and cleaning;
You keep an eye on the audiovisual facilities in the lobby and canteen and ensure that these function properly;
You coordinate daily with instructors and colleagues regarding trainees, visitors, and the schedule;
You identify peculiarities, commercial or operational opportunities, and any incidents and coordinate these with the responsible colleagues;
You are part of the BHV team and support the management of the BMI;
You actively contribute to our quality objectives and KPIs.
In short: you ensure that everything behind the scenes is well-organized, so that our trainees and visitors feel welcome and well-assisted.
Because you work at a BHV training location, safety plays an important role in your position. You address colleagues, trainees, and visitors when you observe inappropriate, risky, or unsafe behavior.
When there is a safety risk, you have the authority to halt operational activities. You are therefore not just a host or hostess, but also actively contribute to a safe environment for everyone at our location.
Friday is your fixed working day. Additionally, you are flexibly deployable to support your colleagues during busy days or in the event of absence due to illness or vacation.
Does it appeal to you to be the first point of contact at our location in Rotterdam as a Receptionist / Hostess? Are you hospitable, flexible, and do you like to ensure that everything is organized to perfection? Then we would love to meet you!
You will join a professional and dynamic working environment in which safety, quality, and hospitality are central. No two days are exactly the same: you have contact with different people and, together with your colleagues, you ensure that our training location runs smoothly.
