Do you want to become an ERT & First Aid instructor?

We will teach you step by step how to provide ERT and First Aid training for organizations in various sectors. You will learn the profession in practice from experienced instructors: first you will observe and assist, then you will receive increasing responsibility until you are conducting training independently.

During training sessions, you will guide participants through practical exercises and realistic scenarios. Additionally, you will prepare training sessions, evaluate lesson days, and contribute ideas for the teaching materials.

No two workdays are the same. One day you might be conducting training at one of our own locations, the next day at a manufacturing company, healthcare institution, or government organization, for example. You will meet different people, visit various locations, and contribute to a safer working environment every single day.

No instructor diploma yet? No problem.
A diploma as an NIBHV Instructor and/or Oranje Kruis Instructor (First Aid) is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. Do you have the ambition to become an instructor? Then we will invest in your development with a suitable training program, professional guidance, and the space to grow step by step.

Who are you?
You do not need to be an experienced instructor yet. Much more important is that you enjoy working with people, make contact easily, and get enthusiastic about imparting knowledge.

We are looking for someone who:

• gets energy from working with people;

• enjoys standing in front of a group or wants to learn how to do so;

• is communicatively strong, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented;

• prefers to work independently and takes responsibility;

• is motivated to learn a new profession;

• possesses a Category B driver's license.

Experience in, for example, healthcare, emergency services, safety, education, or another people-oriented environment is a bonus, but certainly not a requirement.

• a salary between €2,700 and €3,400 gross per month based on full-time;

• a varied position with a lot of independence and room for own initiative;

• a training program and guidance by experienced instructors;

• modern training materials and professional teaching tools;
