For Inprevo, we are looking for a Consultancy Support Specialist to replace a colleague during maternity leave. You will start in November 2026, and the temporary period runs until the beginning of July 2027. There is a prospect of extension in the event of good performance. We provide a thorough onboarding period so that you can get to know the organization, your colleagues, and our way of working well.

Inprevo helps organizations create a safe environment and prevent emergencies. As a specialist in fire safety, we combine expert safety advice with practical EH&S and safety training. You will work together with dedicated specialists and act as an important link between our clients, consultants, and internal organization. Inprevo is part of The Safety Network, a network of specialized safety companies that connect their knowledge and expertise.

• planning and organizing consultancy activities, such as inspections, evacuation drills, and advisory assignments;

• coordinating the deployment of internal consultants and maintaining contact with clients and consultants;

• identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the planning and progress of projects;

• managing project administration in AFAS, including creating consultancy projects and processing assignment data, quotes, calculations, and client appointments;

• supporting time registration, post-calculations, and invoicing;

• managing project documentation and client files;

• preparing quotes and supporting commercial issues;

• checking consultancy reports for spelling, formatting, and completeness and ensuring delivery;

• thinking along about and contributing to more efficient work processes and improvements.
