• You possess MBO level of work and thought and have technical insight
• You have relevant work experience, preferably in a technical-commercial or inside sales role, in which customer contact was an important component
• You can assess customer questions well, do not let things linger, and take initiative to solve problems

Salary: € 2,864.00 to a maximum of € 3,408.00 gross per month based on 38 hours per week.

• In accordance with the CAO Metaal & Techniek, you receive 25 vacation days. If you work 40 hours per week, you receive an additional 13 ADV days. If you work fewer than 40 hours, your ADV is included in your salary.
• An excellent pension scheme via PMT, in which Kersten pays 2/3 of the premium.

For our business unit Custom Solutions (see also www.rtdarhnem.nl), in which we relieve clients by providing tailor-made applications, we are looking for a new colleague in the position of inside sales assistant for our location in Heteren .

Within this position, you will work for three specialized product groups:

1. Communication aids - such as (voice-controlled) aids that support clients in communication
2. Environmental controls - solutions with which clients can independently operate their living environment
3. Modifications to mobility aids - custom solutions for, among other things, wheelchairs and other mobility aids

As an inside sales assistant, you are an indispensable link between customers, field advisors, suppliers, and the internal organization. You combine customer orientation with technical insight and ensure that inquiries, quotes, orders, and deliveries are handled carefully and efficiently.

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• You receive and process customer inquiries and ask targeted questions to properly map out the request for assistance.
• You ensure the correct and complete recording of inquiries and associated documentation.
• You prepare quotes and follow them up in consultation with the relevant field advisor.
• You check order data such as product availability, delivery times, and prices.
• You manage the planning for our advisors and coordinate this with customers and colleagues.
• You inform customers in a timely manner about the status of their order, delivery dates, and product information.
• You monitor the progress of orders using our ERP package.
• You handle the invoicing of delivered products and services.
