• A permanent contract with a two-month probationary period, based on 40 hours per week.

How do you keep the Netherlands powered?

A reliable Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and a well-functioning Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform are essential for the security and continuity of our IT and OT environments. As Service Coordinator PKI & Certificate Lifecycle Management, you will ensure that this service functions optimally and is continuously improved.

You are the linchpin between the internal organization and our external management partner. The Certificate Lifecycle Management platform is technically managed by a specialized vendor; you take charge of the service delivery. You connect the wishes of the business, security, architecture, and IT teams with the execution by the vendor and ensure that the service remains reliable, secure, and future-proof.

You monitor the quality of the service, ensure good cooperation between all parties involved, and serve as the central point of contact for everything related to PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management.

What will you do?

• Coordinating, configuring, managing, and directing the daily services surrounding PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Acting as the linchpin between internal stakeholders, security teams, architects, IT management, and the external management partner.
• Directing the external vendor responsible for the application management of the Certificate Lifecycle Management platform.
• Translating wishes and needs from the organization into concrete assignments and improvements for the vendor.
• Monitoring the availability, performance, continuity, and quality of the service.
• Monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and contractual agreements and making adjustments where necessary.
• Coordinating incidents, problems, changes, and maintenance according to ITIL processes.
• Ensuring controlled issuance, renewal, revocation, and lifecycle of digital certificates.
• Aligning changes and maintenance between internal teams and the vendor, while minimizing the impact on the organization.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating optimizations in the areas of processes, automation, and service delivery.
• Supporting audits, compliance activities, and maintaining the necessary documentation.
• Reporting on the performance, quality, and maturity of the service to stakeholders.
