Service Technician FireSafety

• Residing in the Rotterdam/The Hague area;

• You have completed a technical MBO education (electrical engineering, installation, or service technology).

• You have experience with fire protection systems and are familiar with the relevant laws and regulations.

• Certification such as Maintenance Expert for Fire Alarm Systems is a plus.

• You are solution-oriented, proactive, and have strong communication skills.

• You speak fluent Dutch and can switch easily between customers and colleagues.

• You are willing to work on-call shifts.

As a Service Technician, you ensure safety at our customers' sites. You work independently and every day is different.

You are responsible for performing maintenance and inspections on-site, according to established instruction lists. You prepare the maintenance carefully and report your findings in a correct and structured manner.

On-site, you identify potential technical problems and solve them directly whenever possible. Through close cooperation with other departments, you contribute to satisfied customers and a rapid resolution of incidents.

• Maintenance: You perform maintenance on existing systems and ensure that the installation is in nominal condition.

• Troubleshooting: You solve technical problems professionally.

• Customer contact: You are the point of contact for customers. You explain clearly what you are doing and think along regarding solutions.

• Reporting: You keep track of what you have done and report this to your manager.

• Collaboration: You work together with enthusiastic colleagues and learn from each other.

• Development: You get plenty of opportunities to further specialize in fire alarm and evacuation systems.
