The Site Services Support Technician will be a member of the European Site Services Team (EMEA-West Region) and thus will be responsible for ongoing 1st and 2nd Line support of Local Office Systems.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of the international IT team at Cushman & Wakefield.
You are responsible for providing second-line support to colleagues in the Netherlands and supporting users with various IT issues. From workstations and mobile devices to meeting rooms and Microsoft Teams: you ensure that employees can work optimally and successfully adopt new technologies.
You will work in an international environment where technology, service orientation, and collaboration are central. In addition, you will receive a great deal of autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to further develop yourself within a globally operating organization.
As an IT Support Engineer, you are responsible for resolving technical incidents that have been escalated from the Service Desk. You support colleagues on-site and remotely with hardware, software, network, and user problems.
You manage and support the IT infrastructure within our offices and ensure that workstations, meeting rooms, and audiovisual facilities function optimally. You also support employees in using Microsoft Teams, telephony solutions, and mobile devices.
Additionally, you play an important role in onboarding and offboarding processes. You ensure that new employees have the right equipment from day one and that systems, accounts, and company assets are correctly set up and managed.
You work closely with international IT specialists, vendors, and engineering teams on technical projects, office moves, infrastructure renewals, and implementations of new technologies. In doing so, you actively contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and keeping documentation and knowledge bases up to date.
You also help colleagues to make optimal use of new technologies by providing training, answering questions, and guiding users through changes.
Site Services Support Technician
You are part of the international End User Services team and work daily with colleagues within IT Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Service Management.
Additionally, you have a lot of contact with employees, management, external vendors, and other IT specialists within the organization. You are right in the middle of the business and are a visible point of contact for all IT-related questions.
The team is characterized by a customer-oriented, pragmatic, and collaborative approach. There is plenty of room for initiative, knowledge sharing, and personal development.
