Project Manager (South- Netherlands)

• A Bachelor's degree in, for example, (Technical) Business Administration or ICT.

• Approximately 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the IT, telecommunications, healthcare, or safety & security sector.

• Experience with financial project management, risk management, project optimization, and the efficient deployment of resources.

• A project management certification such as Prince2, PMI, IPMA, or a similar certificate.

• Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and in English, both written and verbal.

We are looking for a driven project manager who is responsible for coordinating and leading installation, integration, commissioning, user training, and go-live for every project. As a project manager, you are responsible for the management, coordination, and control of all aspects to ensure they are executed correctly. You are constantly asking questions about the process and monitoring quality, progress, and compliance with agreements. You have the skill to keep multiple balls in the air at once and take the lead to ensure that projects are completed within schedule and budget. You are focused on details when necessary, but always maintain the big picture. Whether you are leading one project or multiple projects at the same time, you are able to maintain the overall view and achieve the desired results.

As a Project Manager, you are closely involved with both customers and colleagues. Through this proximity, you are well aware of needs and wishes, providing essential information to complete your project successfully. You possess knowledge of the Ascom portfolio, enabling you to offer customers exactly what they need. In this way, you act as an indispensable link between the company and the customers. In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

• You will be responsible for the successful completion and management of assigned projects, monitoring scope, time, quality, and financial resources.

• This includes implementing the right standards, processes, tools, and project management skills to complete projects to the satisfaction of the customers. You make use of company methods for project management and ensure the documentation and monitoring of milestones and decision points.

• Furthermore, you keep all involved parties informed and take timely action if necessary.

• Our preference goes to someone residing in the Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Venlo region
