As a Project Manager, you are the one who maintains the overview and ensures that complex high-tech projects simply run well. As a Project Manager, you lead a multidisciplinary high-tech project team of design engineers and are End‑to‑End responsible for the effective and efficient execution of one or more projects. You work according to a 7‑step model and guide projects through the entire development process, following the V‑model: from customer requirements and concept development to detailed design, prototyping, integration, testing, and release.
What are your responsibilities, among others?
As a project manager, you are responsible for the P&L of your projects.
Together with stakeholders at various levels, you establish a clear and realistic project plan and steer towards realization within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
You manage changes and risks and quickly adjust in a dynamic semiconductor environment using substantiated scenarios.

You safeguard quality and compliance within your projects and actively contribute to improving processes and working methods.
You continue to develop yourself and the team by sharing knowledge and learning continuously both within and outside of projects.
The average size of a project team varies from 3 to 10 engineers, and the project duration is typically 1 to 2 years.
