The role
Are you practically minded, do you like working outdoors, and do you want to grow into a leadership role in infra? At Strukton Rail, as a Junior Foreman Earthworks, you will get the chance to learn the trade in practice, with good guidance and clear growth opportunities.
What you'll do
As a Junior Foreman Earthworks, you will start in execution within Cables and Pipelines. You will work on projects where cables are being installed, moved, or replaced. This is how you learn how the work is truly performed outdoors.
After this induction period, you will shadow experienced foremen. You will learn how to prepare activities, lead a crew, and supervise safety, quality, and progress. Step by step, you will grow into an independent role in which you run your own projects.
After approximately two years, you will be able to lead larger projects completely independently.
• Leading earthworkers on location
• Distributing and coordinating activities
• Checking safety, materials, and execution
• Performing and checking measurements
• Maintaining contact with the site manager and project leader
