As a White Goods Technician at Home you repair washing machines, dryers, and other white goods at customers' homes. Thanks to you, their appliances work like new again and you end every day with happy customers and high customer satisfaction.

• You repair white goods products at customers' homes in a fast, safe, and customer-friendly manner.

• You perform a thorough problem analysis as soon as a customer reports a malfunction.

• You assess the situation and determine the best approach: repair or replace.

• You carry out repairs quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high quality standard and leaving your workplace tidy.

• You fill in all necessary administration carefully, so that it serves as a clear reference for both the customer and Coolblue.

• You work according to standard processes, house rules, and the applicable health and safety regulations.

• You ensure that you get a little better every day , for example by sharing ideas with colleagues or your supervisor.

• You behave like a true professional on the road in the Coolblue van: you drive safely from A to B and always adhere to the traffic rules.

• You are responsible for the van, the stock, and the tools you receive, as well as for the way you transport everything.

• At the end of the day, you ensure that your van is spick and span back at the depot.

• You have technical insight and two hands that work well.

• You have a good mood and enjoy visiting customers at their homes.

• You are friendly and customer-oriented, even when things are difficult.

• You can work both independently and analytically.

• You have a driver's license B and have held it for at least 2 years.

• You drive like a gentleman or lady in traffic and treat your van, stock, and tools with care.

• You are available for at least 36 hours per week.

You start with an internal training at the depot Utrecht. In the first weeks, you will learn everything about our appliances, systems, and way of working. You will shadow an experienced technician, receive training from our Trainers, and practice all procedures step by step. You will soon head out independently and perform your first repairs at customers' homes.
