Experienced Site Planner / Project Coordinator

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in a construction-related field.
• Several years of work experience as a site planner, project coordinator, or similar role, preferably within complex infrastructure or construction projects.
• Good command of administrative processes and knowledge of contract forms such as UAV‑GC.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, through which you switch effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Strukton Infra Specials is looking for an experienced construction site planner/project coordinator who gains energy from complex projects at the intersection of rail, station environments, structures, and civil constructions. You will work on multidisciplinary tasks where safety, sustainability, innovation, and tight execution are central.

As a site planner/project coordinator, you are responsible for the integral preparation, progress monitoring, and coordination of projects. You act as the fixed point of contact for both the project manager and the site manager, ensuring that all disciplines work together optimally to realize projects successfully.

• You handle the procurement of materials and services and prepare work plans, inspection plans, and detailed schedules.
• You create, manage, and monitor project files so that all project information remains complete, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Together with the project manager and site manager, you coordinate work methods and advise on deviations, risks, additional work, and reduced work.
• You maintain close contact with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• You monitor the progress, quality, costs, and planning of the activities and signal bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• You provide support for technical issues and contribute to an efficient and safe execution of the projects.
• Thanks to your connecting role, you ensure smooth cooperation between preparation and execution.

You work on diverse rail and civil projects in the Amsterdam region. Think of station and rail-related activities, platforms, passenger facilities, bridges, tunnels, underpasses, structural adjustments, and complex infrastructural projects in a dynamic urban environment.

Depending on the project phase, you work on-site, from one of our offices, or – in consultation – partially from home. No project is the same, which continuously challenges you to think along about innovative and practical solutions within a versatile project environment.

Strukton Infra Specials is the business unit within Strukton that focuses on the design, realization, and maintenance of complex and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. • A good salary between €4,200.- and €6,700.- per month, depending on your experience. 
• 30 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra CAO.
• A generous choice budget on top of your salary, including holiday allowance. You choose: extra days off (up to 13 extra) or extra income.
• A good pension scheme with employer contribution at bpf bouw.
