Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or a related discipline. Eligible to work in the Netherlands, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 20 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;
- Able to start the internship from December 2026
- Skilled in data analysis and able to explain ideas clearly
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in German, English and Chinese in order to communicate with internal stakeholders from Mainland China, and external service providers in Germany.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred;
- Passion to learn about logistics operations.

About the team
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets;
- Support carrier operations weekly business review;
- Support solving operational issues between couriers and merchants;
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on metrics, etc.;
- Help with peak season preparations (forecasting, confirming courier capacity, etc.).
