As a Warranty Coordinator, you are the link between dealers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders regarding warranty processes. You ensure that warranty claims are processed correctly, timely, and according to manufacturer guidelines. Additionally, you support dealers with questions regarding warranty policy, procedures, and claim handling.

You analyze claim data, identify trends, and actively work on improving warranty performance and process quality. Thanks to your eye for detail and structured way of working, you contribute to an efficient and compliant warranty organization.

• Processing, checking, and coordinating warranty claims according to manufacturer standards.
• Supporting dealers with warranty-related questions and escalations.
• Monitoring claim quality and following up on outstanding files.
• Analyzing warranty data and reporting on trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Checking documentation to ensure compliance with warranty procedures.
• Collaborating with aftersales, technical, and financial teams.
• Supporting audits and quality controls of warranty processes.
• Advising dealers on best practices and process improvements.
• Preparing reports and management updates.
• Contributing to the implementation of new or adjusted warranty programs.

• At least MBO+/HBO (vocational/higher professional) working and thinking level.
• Experience within the automotive sector, preferably in aftersales or warranty.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with administrative processes and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and dealer activities is a strong plus.
• Accurate and structured way of working.
