Service Planner

As a Service Planner, you will work in the most dynamic department within Sankomij. Here, the telephone and mailbox are ringing off the hook all day long. You will be in close contact with our technicians and our customers who call with questions or have a problem with their central heating boiler, heat recovery unit, or heat pump. Your task is to speak to everyone politely, listen to the question or the problem, and attempt to resolve it remotely through good (technical) telephone advice or by calling a technician for more information or sending them to the customer.

In addition to these tasks, your duties also consist of:

• Creating a good and efficient schedule for the maintenance and service technicians and service plumbers;

• Administratively processing all information in our ERP system;

• Supervising the progress of outstanding assignments;

• Checking and adjusting work orders so that an accurate invoice can be prepared by the administration;

• Ordering materials for the technicians.

A proactive and enthusiastic attitude—that will take you very far! You are a persistent person and possess problem-solving skills. Furthermore, we find it important that you:

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing;

• Are preferably available between 08:00 and 17:00;

• Can set priorities and are resistant to stress;

• Are customer-friendly and have a service-oriented attitude;

• Are geographically well-versed in Eindhoven and the surrounding area;

• Have an affinity with (installation) technology;

• Do not have a 9-to-5 mentality;

• Enjoy working in a team.
