Gas Supervisor

For our location in Delft, we are looking for a Gas Operations Supervisor. Even if you do not yet have all the required certifications, we offer an extensive training and induction program so that you can work safely and independently in our gas network.

As a Gas Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for the safe and high-quality execution of activities in our network. You maintain an overview of projects, direct contractors, and ensure that activities are carried out according to schedule, work plans, and safety regulations. Thanks to your technical knowledge, organizational talent, and communication skills, everyone involved knows exactly what needs to be done.

A day as an electrical operations supervisor:

• You draw up work plans and ensure the safe execution of activities according to the applicable VIAG guidelines.
• You ensure that gas installations are made safe, so that activities can be carried out responsibly.
• You provide instructions and directions to performing employees, contractors, and work crews.
• You supervise the execution of activities and oversee compliance with work plans, safety regulations, and technical guidelines.
• You ensure that gas installations are safely put back into operation after the completion of the activities.
• You monitor quality and safety at the workplace and are an important point of contact for colleagues and contractors.
• You participate in the on-call and emergency service and also contribute to the safe resolution of malfunctions outside of office hours.

• A salary of up to € 5,622 gross per month (scale C07) if you work 40 hours.
• A personal budget of 24% on top of your salary (incl. holiday allowance). That means a maximum of € 1,349 extra salary or up to 35.5 extra vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
• €700 (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example for your sports membership or your new sportswear

On top of that, there is this:

Safety is always your number one priority. You are technically and communicatively strong, know how to involve people in your plans, and maintain an overview, even when multiple projects are running simultaneously. Thanks to your knowledge of electrical engineering and execution processes, you ensure that everyone can work safely and efficiently.

Furthermore, you have:

• An MBO 4 diploma in gas technology. Or a valid admission via the CKB lateral entry route.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an AVP G
• The VIAG WV certification or the willingness to obtain this within one year.
