As a Junior Project Engineer/Consultant, you are the director of your own schedule. You will spend most of your time on-site with our clients, where as a Young Professional you are responsible for challenging projects. We align the content of these projects with your interests and expertise, ranging from IT & Data and Dashboarding to Sustainability and Asset Management.

From this foundation, two clear growth paths are open to you:

Concrete projects you will contribute to:

• Optimization in Food & Beverage: Setting up a new maintenance methodology at a large brewery to minimize production loss.
• IT Asset Management: Helping a construction company gain control over costs and risks by implementing Software Asset Management.
• Energy Transition: Making energy flows and waste visible through our own innovative models.

What does your team look like?

Team Delft: 'Niet lullen, maar poetsen' (Don't talk, just clean) You will join a diverse and close-knit team at Phoenixstraat in Delft. Our team consists of Account Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Recruiters, and Talent Managers. We stand for quality and personal growth, but we never forget the social aspect. One day per week, we work together at the office for weekly meetings and the necessary cross-pollination between projects.

1. Project Manager growth path: Do you notice that extra capacity is needed within your project? Then you will build your own team of students. You monitor the execution, coach the students, and guarantee quality towards the client.
2. Consultant growth path: Do you specifically want to go into depth? Then you will further specialize in the subject matter and grow into an advisory role where you translate complex issues into strategic solutions.

As ambitious as we are, we want to make the Netherlands the most innovative economy in the world. Old-fashioned organizational models do not fit that. At Ivy, we work Semco-style. Business decisions, where and when you work, how often you take time off: you take your own responsibility and determine your own course!
