As a Supervisor Guarding Seaports, you have an eye for the person behind the employee. You ensure that security guards feel valued, are able to develop, and remain optimally deployable. With your enthusiasm and leadership qualities, you create a positive working atmosphere in which employees can bring out the best in themselves.

The focus of this position is not customer contact, but your focus lies entirely on guiding, coaching, and developing your team. This team works at various Securitas clients in the Port of Rotterdam. This gives you all the space to support employees in their growth, engagement, and performance.

• Managing a team of 40 to 60 security guards at various port locations.
• Monitoring and improving the quality of service.
• Actively managing short and frequent absenteeism to ensure the continuity and quality of service.
• Conducting monthly meetings to discuss development and record agreements.
• Improving KPIs regarding absenteeism, turnover, and employee satisfaction.

Additionally, you play an important role in the personal and professional development of your employees. You are involved in the selection of new colleagues and ensure a smooth onboarding, both within Securitas and at the client.

You work closely with your team members, the Branch Manager Operations, and Planning to execute the established branch plan. Together, you identify productivity and efficiency savings and report these to the Branch Manager Operations.
