HR Intern

You are an enthusiastic, curious, and independent student who likes to take initiative.

Additionally:

• You are following a higher professional education (HBO) program in the direction of HRM, Human Resource Management, Communication, or a similar field of study (preferably a third-year student).
• You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
• You are available for at least 50% of your internship period to work at our office in Nieuwegein (in consultation).
• You are fluent in the Dutch language; this is a requirement for this internship.

Within our HR team in the Netherlands (location Nieuwegein), we have a place for an enthusiastic HR working intern.

The Dutch HR team consists of an HR Director, four HR Business Partners, a Wellbeing & Vitality Manager, a Manager Compensation & Benefits, a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, and a Wellbeing & Vitality colleague. Additionally, we work closely with the Benelux Centre of Excellence in the areas of People Development, Talent Management, and Employee Experience.

During your internship, you will be mentored by Jetske Bakker, Engagement & Culture Manager within the Benelux Centre of Excellence. Together, we will ensure that you not only gain valuable practical experience, but also develop yourself personally and professionally.
