What we offer you
At Sopra Steria, we ensure that you can do your work with enjoyment and in balance. That is why we offer an attractive and flexible package of employment conditions:

• A permanent contract and a salary between €4,000.- and €6,000.- gross per month (based on 40 hours per week, employment at least 32 hours). 
• At Sopra Steria, we believe equal pay for equal work is important. Therefore, we determine your salary based on objective criteria such as experience, knowledge, competencies, and responsibilities. This allows us to ensure fair and transparent compensation that matches your background and the impact of your role.
• 8% holiday allowance;
• A profit-sharing scheme with a target payment of 8% of the gross (part-time) annual salary, depending on company results;
• A mobility scheme with a choice between an electric lease car or an alternative transport arrangement, suited to your situation;
• 27 vacation days, with the possibility to buy or sell statutory vacation days;
