Energy Transition Project Planner in the Netherlands

Are you organizationally strong, a precise planner, and do you want to make an impact on underground infrastructure as a project planner? At Siers, we are looking for a driven Project Planner who manages the technical preparation of our electrical projects to perfection.

As an Energy Transition Project Planner, you play an indispensable role in the preparation of low-voltage route construction. You translate the client's requirements into a concrete and executable project plan. You are responsible for the complete technical, organizational, and administrative preparation, ensuring that the work on-site proceeds smoothly.

• You draw up accurate project schedules and monitor their progress.

• You apply for the necessary permits in a timely manner and manage the administrative processing.

• You order the correct materials and equipment for the project.

• You are the linchpin between execution (foremen, technicians) and external parties (clients, subcontractors, and permit authorities).

• You ensure the financial settlement and the delivery of the correct as-built and handover documents to the client.

• An employment of at least 32 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week with a good and appropriate salary;

• A one-year contract with a view to a permanent position;

• 25 vacation days and 13 advisory days, so you have plenty of time to relax or go on holiday;

• Everything you need to perform your work well, including a laptop and phone;

• A lot of freedom and independence in performing your duties;

• A good and familial atmosphere at a family business where people come first. We work hard, but overtime is not the standard. A healthy work-life balance is always our priority;

• When Siers makes a profit, you share in it by means of a profit-sharing scheme.

• At least a relevant MBO-4 qualification. An assessment may be part of the application procedure;

• At least 2 years of work experience as a project planner or in a similar role;

• Well-developed expression skills in speech and writing;

• Driver's license B.
