(Incoming) Low and/or Medium Voltage Site Manager

As a Low Voltage/Medium Voltage (LV/MV) Distribution Site Manager at Siers Groep, you are responsible for the safe and successful execution of our projects in the field of low and/or medium voltage distribution. You ensure that all activities comply with the established safety regulations, laws, and legislation, and you focus on increasing safety awareness within your team.

Your focus lies on drafting safety plans and continuously coaching and guiding colleagues and external personnel regarding safety. You know how to map out risks, prevent unsafe situations, and ensure a flawless progression of projects.

• Coaching colleagues and external personnel on safety awareness, work instructions, and the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment);

• Supervising the daily safety of activities at project locations;

• Drafting and preparing safety and work plans;

• Issuing BEI instructions based on certifications and experience;

• Supervising the correct use of shielding and auxiliary tools;

• Addressing employees regarding safety and diligence;

No two days are the same, and you have a lot of freedom to organize your own workday based on the inspections and tasks you must perform. You know how to plan and set priorities to guarantee safety within your projects.
