Project Leader

• An employment of at least 32 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week with a good and appropriate salary;

• A one-year contract with a view to a permanent position;

As Project Leader, you are responsible for the entire project process, from start to completion. You lead the construction team, where Siers provides not only the execution but also the engineering. Additionally, you map out risks, solve problems efficiently, and ensure that your colleagues can carry out their work in a safe manner.

You guarantee the quality, safety, and return on investment of your projects. You coordinate the deployment of people and resources, maintain communication between all stakeholders, and monitor financial progress, about which you report to the team manager and operations manager.

In this role, you work together with our client Stedin to make the power grid future-proof neighborhood by neighborhood. We do this by laying more and heavier cables in the ground and by replacing or adding transformer stations. This allows us to distribute power better across the neighborhood and transport more electricity.
