ICT Helpdesk Assistant

As an ICT Helpdesk Assistant, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with IT-related questions and problems. Whether it is a forgotten password, a malfunctioning printer, or a fault in a laptop, tablet, or phone - you ensure that users can get back to work quickly. You register reports in the ticketing system, analyze the problem, and resolve it or involve the appropriate colleague.

You work closely with system administrators and technical managers, thereby also getting to know the underlying ICT infrastructure. You identify recurring problems and think along regarding suitable solutions. In addition to providing support, you also handle user instructions and simple installation and configuration tasks, for example in workstation management or software updates.

This position offers plenty of room to develop yourself within our growing ICT department. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or already have some experience, we encourage growth and initiative. • An employment of at least 32 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week with a good and appropriate salary;

• A one-year contract with a view to a permanent position;

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, so you have plenty of time to relax or go on holiday;

• Everything you need to perform your work well, including a laptop and phone;

• A lot of freedom and independence in performing your duties;

• At least a completed MBO ICT education;

• Experience in a similar role;

• Experience with Microsoft365, Android and iOS, Windows and basic knowledge of system administration;

• A flexible and proactive attitude with a healthy dose of independence and self-reliance;

• You communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and work in a structured manner;

• Willingness to travel; the location is in Oldenzaal, but regular travel to other branches in NL and DE is part of the position;

• Experience with Topdesk or another ticket registration system is a plus;

• Driver's license B.
