District Heating Site Manager

• An employment of at least 32 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week with a good and appropriate salary;

• A one-year contract with a view to a permanent position;

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days on a full-time basis, so that you have sufficient time to relax or go on holiday;

As a District Heating Site Manager, you are the driving force behind our district heating projects. You are responsible for the realization of both house connections and the installation of transport pipelines, and you do this together with an enthusiastic team of work preparers and technicians. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from directing the crews and creating daily schedules to ensuring accurate financial administration. You report on your activities to your team manager.

At Siers, it is not just about project management; we look further. You are not just any site manager, but the strategic partner who ensures that our projects are executed safely and with high quality. You are at the forefront of promoting Siers' policy regarding safety and quality, and you act as a sounding board for the team. Additionally, you maintain contacts with various stakeholders, such as the client, users, and subcontractors. You maintain the overview and set the right priorities, so that the interests of Siers, the grid operator, and the customer always come first.

You are involved in all phases of the project: from preparation to execution and completion. Together with your team, you ensure that projects are not only realized on time and within budget, but also meet the high quality standards that we at Siers strive for. With your experience and knowledge, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and working methods.
