We offer you:
Keeping the Netherlands running, that is our mission.
As a Project Controller, you ensure that the electricity grid remains future-proof. Together with your team, you provide broad-based advice and make recommendations regarding policy, standards, and working methods within your field of expertise to improve the performance and efficiency of the organization.
You support well-founded decision-making by providing insights, solutions, and 'best practices' that align with the context of your own field of expertise and the business units that fall within your area of responsibility. In this way, you contribute to a stable and sustainable energy system.
So, are you analytically strong, do you enjoy working with financial data, and do you have the ambition to grow towards Business Controller in the long term? Then this position offers you the opportunity to further develop Project & Business control, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
As a Project Controller, you make a direct impact on the future of our electricity grid. Together with your colleagues within the Design division, you ensure reliable financial processes, project administrations, and management information that are essential for realizing the energy transition.
As a Project Administrator, you contribute to the financial control of projects within the Design division. You ensure reliable financial information, support the planning and control cycle, and help project teams and management to make well-founded decisions. With this, you make a direct contribution to the predictability, controllability, and financial health of projects that are essential for the energy transition.
You are part of the Finance & Performance team, a team of approximately 18 professionals focused on project control, financial steering, and performance management. Together, you work on the further professionalization of financial processes and strengthening financial decision-making within the organization.
To truly make a difference in this role, the following competencies are indispensable:
· Analytical ability
You are able to interpret financial data, identify deviations, and establish connections that contribute to better insights and steering.
· Action orientation
You do not wait but take initiative, identify opportunities and bottlenecks in a timely manner, and initiate improvements.
· Collaboration
You work effectively with project teams, project managers, controllers, and other stakeholders to realize collective objectives.
· Quality orientation
You work accurately and in a structured manner and ensure that financial data, analyses, and reports are reliable and complete.
· Ability to learn
You are curious about the business, financial processes, and projects, and you want to actively develop yourself towards a broader finance and control role.
· Ownership
You take responsibility for your activities, monitor agreements, and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and results.
Interviews for this position will take place after October 5th.
TenneT offers you the chance to contribute to a sustainable energy future.
