Technical ICT Specialist Production

• MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ICT management, system development, production IT/OT, or a similar role.

• Knowledge of system software analysis, configuration, and programming of ICT systems.

• Experience with hardware, software, system changes, and malfunction analysis.

• Affinity with production processes and technical installations.

• You communicate clearly with colleagues from production, Technical Service, ICT, and external parties.

• You see opportunities for improvement and tackle them in a practical way.

• You are willing to work in a 2-shift rotation, weekend shifts, and on-call standby services.

• ITIL, Microsoft, or similar certification is a plus.

As a Production ICT Intermediate, you ensure that our central ICT systems on location are available, effective, and up-to-date. In doing so, you keep production moving and help colleagues to do their jobs well.

You are close to the operation and work closely with the central ICT department, the Technical Service, external parties, and colleagues on the shop floor. You resolve malfunctions, supervise changes, and see where systems can be configured more intelligently. As a Production ICT Intermediate, you are the connecting link between production, Technical Service, external suppliers, and central ICT. You ensure that systems essential to our processes function reliably.

• Managing, maintaining, and optimizing central ICT systems at the Boxtel location.

• Monitoring the availability, operation, and currency of systems, hardware, and software.

• Supervising the assembly, installation, and replacement of ICT components by external parties.

• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions, together with the central ICT department.

• Implementing, testing, and supervising new systems and system changes.

• Thinking along about functional changes and their impact on production processes.

• Configuring and programming systems so that they align with what the operation requires.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and discussing these with the Head of Technical Service and the ICT team.

• Participating in a 2-shift rotation, weekend shifts, and on-call standby services.

You are technically strong, analytical, and feel comfortable in a production environment where reliability and speed are important. You switch easily between system, process, and user. You explain technical solutions clearly and take responsibility when it counts.
