As a Technical Helpdesk Operator for train staff at the Rolling Stock Control Center Netherlands (MBN), you advise and support train staff with rolling stock issues during their shift. Drivers and conductors call you during malfunctions. Using various IT applications and the knowledge base, you quickly establish the correct diagnosis and provide well-founded advice. You also ensure that reports via the Mijn Materieel App (MMA) are processed quickly and accurately.

Thanks to your solution-oriented approach and analytical skills, you will be indispensable in:

• Providing targeted advice, so that rolling stock does not get stranded and travelers can continue their journey without delay.
• Analyzing and interpreting reports and resolutions.
• Executing and supporting projects that strengthen business operations.

You will work at the Rolling Stock Control Center Netherlands in Utrecht, also known as the OCCR or MBN. This center is often compared to the ANWB service: a reliable point of contact for train staff. With over 50 employees, including 28 (senior) helpdesk operators, you work per shift with an operational team leader, fellow helpdesk operators, and logistics planners.

The work takes place 24/7 in shift work:

• Early shift: 07:00-15:00
• Late shift: 15:00-23:00
• Night shift: 23:00-07:00

You will be managed by an operational team leader.
