A position of 32 to 40 hours per week.
28 vacation days on a full-time basis.
Travel allowance or full reimbursement of public transport.
Plenty of opportunities to follow education, training, and certifications.
Room to further develop yourself within IT support and management.
Lots of variety between support, hardware, management, and improvements.
An informal working environment with short lines and expert colleagues.
An extensive free lunch every working day.
Do you enjoy being the person who quickly gets colleagues back on track when IT isn't cooperating? For a fast-growing organization in the Zaltbommel region, we are looking for an ICT Support Employee. You will work on the 1st and 2nd line and deal with much more than just tickets: from Microsoft 365 and TopDesk to workstations, hardware, and Windows Server.
You will get plenty of room to learn, contribute ideas, and take on increasing amounts of responsibility. The goal is a permanent contract with our client.
As an ICT Support Employee, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with IT questions and malfunctions. Reports come in via telephone, email, or through TopDesk. You map out the problem, determine the priority, and attempt to solve it independently.
If you cannot solve it immediately? Then you coordinate with colleagues within the IT team. In the meantime, you keep the user informed of the progress. Good support here means not only solving a technical problem but also ensuring that colleagues know where they stand.
Handling and resolving 1st and 2nd line support requests.
Registering, analyzing, and prioritizing reports in TopDesk.
Supporting users with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Teams.
Installing, configuring, and delivering laptops, workstations, and other hardware.
Providing support within Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Writing and maintaining work instructions and user documentation.
Communicating about maintenance, updates, and changes.
Identifying recurring problems and thinking along about structural solutions.
Collaborating on the improvement and professionalization of the IT environment.
Providing occasional support to colleagues at other locations.
That combination makes the position varied. One moment you are helping a user with a malfunction, the next moment you are setting up a new workstation or thinking with the team about how something can be done more cleverly from a technical perspective.
You don't have to know everything yet. We are primarily looking for someone with a good technical foundation who enjoys helping users, takes responsibility, and is curious about how things can be improved.
Do you largely recognize yourself in the profile, but do not meet every technical point? Feel free to respond. We look primarily at your technical foundation, attitude, and potential to grow further.
Our client is a financially healthy and fast-growing organization with multiple locations spread across the Netherlands. From the central IT department in the Zaltbommel region, colleagues are supported throughout the country.
Due to the growth of the organization, the IT environment is also growing rapidly. New colleagues, workstations, and systems ensure that new technical challenges constantly arise. For you, this means a lot of variety and the chance to gain broad experience.
You will join an expert and informal IT team where colleagues help each other and share knowledge. There is room for initiative and you will get the opportunity to take on increasing amounts of responsibility and further develop yourself within IT support and management.
