Medium Voltage Installation Manager

Then the position of Medium Voltage Installation Manager at Privatis in Oldenzaal is perfect for you!

At Privatis, together with our installation manager, we ensure the management of various medium voltage installations. We offer our customers fault services, visual inspections, and the IV role (installation manager). Additionally, we regularly perform preventive maintenance on medium voltage installations at our customers' sites to keep the energy supply reliable. We currently manage about 100 installations up to 24 kV spread across the entire country. Your base is Oldenzaal and you operate mainly in the east of the country. It may also occur that installations are located further in the country.

To supplement the team, we are looking for a Medium Voltage Installation Manager. In this role, you are the fixed point of contact for our customers and ensure that everything regarding management, service, and safety is well organized.

What you will be doing:

• You are formally designated as the installation manager (IV) for our customers' medium voltage installations and bear ultimate responsibility for safe operations in accordance with NEN 3840;

• You assess work in advance for risks, issue work permits and switching orders, and supervise the correct execution of switching operations;

• You check whether competent personnel and designated technicians (work supervisors) possess the correct authorizations, instructions, and PPE before work commences;

• You have final inspections carried out after maintenance, faults, or switching operations, and ensure that installations are only released once everything is safe and correct;

• You identify deviations, defects, or unsafe situations in the installations and ensure that these are registered, followed up on, and escalated immediately where necessary;

• You manage multi-year maintenance plans (MJOP), single line diagrams, switching diagrams, and other installation documentation per location;

• You are the point of contact for faults at the medium voltage level and coordinate the deployment of the fault service, including aftercare and reporting to the customer;

• You periodically test whether the installations and working methods still comply with current laws and regulations and NEN standards, and initiate adjustments where necessary;

• As an Installation Manager, you are involved in drafting and managing the policy plan within Privatis, such as maintenance plans and safety procedures.
