ICT Specialist

You will work from our location in Meerkerk and additionally support our foreign branches remotely. You have a broad role and work closely with the IT Manager and our external IT partners. In addition, you will be given the space to take on tasks independently, identify improvements, and contribute to ICT projects.

Together with the IT Manager, you ensure that our colleagues can rely on a well-functioning and reliable ICT environment. You are an important point of contact for daily ICT issues and help users with technical and functional problems.

· User support: you help colleagues in the Netherlands and our foreign branches with their ICT questions and problems

· Administration: you support the administration of our Microsoft environment, applications, workstations, and various ICT systems

· ICT resources: you maintain an overview of hardware, software, licenses, and inventory

· Monitoring & security: you monitor systems and identify potential problems or risks

· Improvement: you see where things can be done smarter or more efficiently and think along about improvements

· Projects: you support ICT projects and the further development of our ICT environment

· Collaboration: you work closely with the IT Manager, colleagues, and external IT partners

· On- and offboarding: you ensure a good on- and offboarding of colleagues

· Salary between € 3,200 and € 4,200

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and enjoys helping colleagues in a clear and professional manner. In addition, you bring:

·         MBO+ work and thinking level in the direction of ICT

·         At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position

·         Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365

·         Good communication skills

·         An accurate and structured way of working

·         Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
