The role

Are you following an mbo 4 education towards ICT Management and do you want an internship where no two days are the same and you can truly make a difference? At Louwman's ICT Services, you will work alongside two energetic teams, IT Service Desk and CC Workspace. You will be ready for 4,000 colleagues with their ICT questions. A unique opportunity to discover the versatile world of IT from up close!

What you'll do

The day begins with a cup of coffee or tea while you start up your laptop at the office. As soon as you turn on the phone, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with IT questions. Sometimes it is quiet and you have time to handle reports via email; on other days, the phone rings continuously with colleagues who need your help immediately. In the afternoon, you take some time to work on a larger issue together with a colleague. And before you log out, you ensure everything is ready to start smoothly again the next day.

What do we ask of you?

You are an enthusiastic and driven ICT student who loves to make a difference! You are a true team player, strong in communication, and service-oriented by nature. Additionally, you like to think along about improvements and are always looking for ways to make processes smarter and more efficient. Furthermore, you have:

At least an mbo 4 education towards ICT Management;
A need for a work internship of 32 to 40 hours per week;
A flexible attitude, because our department is open from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 18:00.
