The Sample Management and Dangerous Goods Services department is responsible for shipping dangerous and non-dangerous substances by road, sea, and air transport.
Our expertise lies in the logistical and administrative handling of shipments containing dangerous goods. We offer, among other things, transport support, prepare shipments for transport, and provide advice to and maintain contact with transport companies, laboratories, and customers. We do this together with 98 colleagues from our locations in Schiphol-Rijk, Eindhoven-Airport, and Spijkenisse.

As a Dangerous Goods Specialist, you are responsible for the administrative and operational activities surrounding the preparation of shipments containing dangerous substances and goods. You will get a job where you alternate physical work with office work; the distribution is approximately 60% operational and 40% administrative.
You work for the Sample Management Dangerous Goods & Cargo Compliance department and work on-site at our customers' locations. For a long-term in-house assignment at a customer, a specialized task, or a short assignment, you may come to work at the following locations: Eindhoven, Venlo, Roermond, Nijmegen, Wijchen, Helmond, and Beringe.

Do you have work experience or a completed Mbo-level education in the direction of transport or logistics? That is a great foundation for this job! Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following competencies and skills.
You hate boring work! You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and you would like to deepen your knowledge and develop yourself further within the profession. You work at an Mbo level and have a customer-friendly attitude. You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages and you possess a B driving license.
