You are an experienced professional who maintains an overview, takes responsibility, and switches easily between clients, colleagues, and projects.

In addition, you possess:

  • A completed MBO or HBO education in an environmental field;
  • Experience in managing soil investigations and/or soil remediations;
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the soil sector;
  • A customer-oriented and pragmatic attitude;
  • Strong communication skills and a sense of collaboration;
  • The ability to organize projects independently and complete them successfully.

As Project Leader, you are responsible for successfully managing these projects, from quotation and investigation to reporting and delivery.

You are the point of contact for clients, manage colleagues, and monitor planning, quality, and budget. Thanks to your knowledge of soil investigation and remediation, you know how to translate substantive issues into practical and feasible solutions.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities
In this position, you are responsible for the full project management of soil investigations and remediation processes. Your activities include:

  • Maintaining contacts with clients and stakeholders;
  • Preparing quotations and project proposals;
  • Managing and supervising soil investigations and soil remediations;
  • Substantively assessing research results and reports;
  • Monitoring planning, quality, budgets, and project results;
  • Guiding junior project leaders, advisors, and field staff;
  • Identifying opportunities and advising clients on new issues;
  • Acting as a substantive sparring partner within the team.
