We offer the possibility of a work & learn program where you are prepared internally for the position of Field Service Worker. The work & learn program gives you the chance to make a career switch. During the program of approximately 3 months, you will learn all the ins and outs of the analyst profession, after which you can go out independently.

The program is divided into theory and practice. During this, you will be at our office in Heeswijk-Dinther on Mondays and Tuesdays. You will spend the remaining days out in the field together with an experienced colleague who will guide you through the activities.

To do this, you will complete various modules, which are concluded with a theoretical and a practical assessment. We train you in delivering bad news conversations and provide the training for  VCA and DTA. After completing the program, you will remain in our employment and continue to develop within the field. Once your knowledge has expanded, there will be plenty of opportunities for career growth in the long term.

As a Field Service Worker, you have a responsible and varied position. You perform final measurements after small and large asbestos remediations to determine whether a location is safe to access again. You do this in accordance with NEN 2990 and ensure accurate execution and reporting of your findings.

After the induction period, you start the day from home and drive to your job for that day in a company car.

You work efficiently, accurately, and independently. You have excellent communication skills and can provide convincing explanations about your findings. Working at varying locations and times is not a problem for you. Additionally, you are flexible and solution-oriented within legal frameworks.

• MBO 4 working and thinking level.
• Construction and/or technical experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• In possession of a B driver's license.
• Willingness to follow internal training courses and to further develop yourself.
