With us, the standard work week is 40 hours. For this, you accrue 2 ADV hours per week. You can choose between time (13 days p/a) or money (7.5% supplement on your gross monthly salary). You choose what suits you best!

As a Warehouse Manager at TB Nijmegen, you are the linchpin of our parts warehouse. Thanks to your accurate way of working, colleagues and customers can rely on fast and reliable service.
As a warehouse manager, you are responsible for the daily management of the parts warehouse. You ensure a correct, efficient, and safe flow of goods and monitor the reliability of the stock. From the receipt and storage of parts to the issuance and shipment: you maintain the overview and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your duties include:
Receiving, checking, storing, issuing, and shipping parts
Monitoring stock levels, turnover rate, and inventory accuracy
Maintaining and checking stock movements in the systems
Organizing periodic counts and supporting during inventories
Identifying stock discrepancies, backorders, and other bottlenecks
Reporting deviations to the Logistics Manager
Functional guidance of logistics employees
Supervising the correct execution of tasks and procedures
Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse
Thinking along about improvements in inventory management and warehouse processes
With your work, you support the sale of parts and ensure that necessary parts are available in a timely manner. You identify deviations that could have consequences for customer deliveries and proactively come up with improvement suggestions. In doing so, you take into account the applicable agreements regarding quality, working conditions, environment, and safety.
You are organizationally strong and work accurately. Even when multiple things are happening at once, you remain calm, set priorities, and keep an eye on the stock and ongoing deliveries. You take responsibility for your work and do not wait when you see a deviation or an opportunity for improvement.
In addition, you bring:
Mbo level of work and thinking
Experience with warehouse management or logistics processes
Preferably experience within automotive or parts
Knowledge of inventory and logistics systems
An accurate and quality-conscious way of working
Good communication skills
A proactive and responsible attitude
An eye for safety, order, and cleanliness
