The role

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Are you ready for a new challenge that, including internal training, prepares you for the work? Are you flexible, accurate, and eager to learn? Then read on quickly!

We offer the possibility of a work and learn trajectory in which you are prepared internally for the position of Field Analyst. The work and learn trajectory gives you the chance to make a career switch. During the trajectory of approximately 3 months, you will learn all the ins and outs of the analyst profession, after which you can go out independently. The trajectory is divided into theory and practice. During this, you will be at our office in Heeswijk-Dinther on Mondays and Tuesdays. You will spend the remaining days out in the field together with an experienced colleague who will guide you through the activities.

You make an investment in your future within SGS Search and we in you!

In this way, you complete various modules, which are concluded with a theoretical and a practical assessment. We train you in delivering bad news conversations and provide the training for VCA and DTA. After completing the trajectory, you will remain in our employment and develop yourself further in the field. Once your knowledge has expanded, there will be plenty of opportunities for growth in the long term.
